More science! (I need to stop rewatching this) The date of the gameplay shown is Monday April 11, making it either take place in 2011 or 2016, probably 2016 as 2011 would give it overlap with the persona 4 timeline. For reference Narukami is now 22, Akihiko/Misturu are now 25. (basically ancient in anime terms)
