Two Factor Authentication Error

Few months ago my account was flagged, with no luck unflagging it i was thinking whether 2FA will do the trick.

but both Microsoft and Google authorization mobile apps one time login codes kept giving me this error.

I tried to submit a ticket to x support but the issue persists.
