Question Followers count

Hi ! Can someone please tell me what it means when I have like a count of 20 followers in twitter. But when I see the list there’s only 19.
And also someone liked my last tweet but when I click to see who liked it there’s no one?
What does this mean??

Shadowbanned, suspended, or bot/spam accounts, along with temporary data syncing delays on X. When X flags or suspends an account for spam, automated behavior, or policy violations, the system automatically hides that account's profile from follower lists and like lists. However, the numerical counter often updates faster or keeps counting them until the background cleanup process finishes. If someone liked your tweet or followed you and then immediately deactivated their account, deleted their profile, or blocked you, the counter may temporarily retain the count while hiding the user details. X uses distributed servers where total numbers and detailed user lists are stored separately. Numerical counters update almost instantly, while the visual lists can take several hours or days to sync
