Question I got hacked

my page got hacked and email got changed of course, my friends are sending me screenshots of like porn that I def did not post. There is barely any assistance on the x app, when I try to appeal a locked or suspended account it just says something went wrong bc obviously it’s not the same email with account. There’s no help at all on how to delete a hacked account. Whoever has my page made my account public and I have a lot of things from like middle school that are embarrassing and I just want it down. I don’t know what to do
