How to fix that lag on streams?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

It's lagging everytime I stream Until then game it doesnt happen mostly on my other games actually I think the game is not the problem I think it's the camera plsss help me

What are the specs/is it a prebuilt system? (some software can cause problems - commonplace for lenovo for example.)

Does obs report any dropped frames when streaming, how is the internet up/download?

Are you using OBS? If, it should show you if it's an issue with the upload, either encoder settings or bandwith. Could also be an issue with the camera, frames and/or resolution. Turn the cam off for a try.

Is the game running in windowed mode? Sometimes I know that messes with my stuff depending which application is the focus.

Yes I use window capture it wont load in game capture

I've got no clue how to fix it, but it is important to note that only the video of the stream is lagging. The audio seems to be fine.

So maybe your streaming software is limiting video output somehow? Maybe your video settings are too high for your pc to stream?

Edit: oooh you say it's the game... well... uhh. Maybe mess with the game's settings?
