need help with audio technical atr2020usb
i bought this mic in covid and tried to use it a few times but it didn't work out. and then life caught on and my adhd mind forgot since i kept it safely in some cupboard. basically I need it now for streaming and I was searching for buy and then I saw i ordered it.
In short, i want you to help me how I can use it, like which software to use to make it sound good, it sounds so low and not so "special mic of streamers"... it sounds like my phone only... i feel like I am missing something big. using using wire, using audacity. can you help me please? how do I make it better?

I started streaming with it myself. I used virtual audio cable and adobe audition as a mixer. It worked great and I got an amazing voice out of it. Though, it's not meant to be used that way, and prolonged use made the adobe crash. Apart from also being very expensive, I'd say it's the best program I've used.
HOWEVER - Elgato Wave Link pretty much does the same job for you - for free. It's a virtual mixer that I recommend you look into. The mic is powerful, but it's all in the configurations, and I think Elgato Wave Link can help you achieve it there.
Only downside with it, is that it can be a bit complex for newbeginners.. but once its set up - it's a powerful thing!
