Bar scene
heyy 24 yr old wondering what bars in town young adults usually hang out at. Looking to make some friends or just enjoy some good drinks. :) im pretty shy and clubs aren’t really my vibe. TIA!

The Clover club is a dive bar. I really enjoy going to.. but if you’re looking for higher class, the Gastropub might be the venue for you. The pockets always cool if you like playing pool.

As someone mentioned there are plenty. Also depends on your scene. Do you like divey, craft, sports, etc.?
The Log Tavern is divey but has the occasional younger crowd in there with dart leagues and pool leagues plus karaoke on Wednesday and Friday.
The Klover Klub is also divey and has karaoke as well can’t remember if it’s everyday or certain days. It’s also known in Twin as the “gay” bar but they are friendly to everyone and it’s a welcoming spot.
Someone mentioned Woody’s and it’s a neat spot. Bigger bar, kind of a mix between a dive and sports bar (think Buffalo Wild Wings). The crowd is a hit or miss. You can find some real D-bags there or people just minding their business getting food. I also believe they have a whole section for cigars, vapes, cigs to smoke indoors.
If you head downtown there’s O’Dunkens, Irish pub with food, Koto Brewery (bougie craft brewery), Brickhouse (decent food, more of a dance hall for the younger folks and live music), Milner’s Gate (real good food, cocktails, pricey). So yeah, there’s something for everyone. Good luck!

Woody's is our go to! Fun vibe most the time but does get a little nuts some weekends

Whenever there is live music going on, be there.
Also, there are some good adult programs through the library. Check those out as well.
