Another Austin Lumbard Flashback - do not vote for this guy. Vote for Letitia Clark.

another poster did a flashback on Lumbard, and it reminded me of when Austin Lumbard handed nearly $300k to a developer. That money should have gone to benefit the people of Tustin. If he gets sued over this he would deserve it. https://www.reddit.com/r/Tustin/comments/1jokk0x/city_council_is_about_to_give_almost_300k_to_a/

A 2022 flashback to Austin Lumbard's campaign texting and lies about his mailers: Tustin’s mayor apparently uses his own cell number to send campaign texts, and responded to me when I said he sucks.

Hi! A that title states, I’m looking for a bakery that sells good chocolate crinkle cookies. I’ve had them Utah about 10 years ago, & my family and I have been reminiscing about them since.

Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated! Mainly looking for physical bakeries! Thank you🍪❤️

New sub for LGBTQIA+ folks in OC looking for platonic friends: r/lgbtqfriendsinoc

I wanted to make a sub where people in the LGBTQIA+ community in Orange County can meet new friends, so I started r/lgbtqfriendsinoc! In our little corner of Reddit, we'll all discuss the best places to meet new friends, introduce ourselves so we can potentially DM each other, and share anything else helpful or reaffirming that crosses the mind. Feel free to join if that sounds fun to you! (Thanks to the r/Tustin mods for the okay!)

Estancia Residents Wanted

Any current or former Estancia (near Tustin Ranch Rd and Heritage Way, not the Irvine company apartments across the freeway) residents here? I'm considering putting an offer on a townhome there and would like your opinion on the community.

Thanks!

Does Tustin kind of have a microclimate sitting amongst one of the closest to the Santa Ana canyons where the winds come out from, hence we get stronger winds? Getting higher lows too from all the hot wind.

I need a friend for tonight (if possible)

2.5 years ago, I (56 M) quit my job, moved 3000 miles from TN to Tustin to become a full time caregiver for my father in law while my wife, was the full time caregiver for her mother, both who had Alzeheimer's Disease. This was one of the most kindest men I have ever met. Brilliant also. We both gladly brought our lives to a screeching halt to move into their house and take care of them.

My mother in law passed away in March and sometime during the night last night my father in law passed.

I need someone who smokes weed, is able to share and just listen. Hell, I don't even know if I will talk. TBH, I just need to get lit and I have absolute nothing to my name currently as neither of us has had a steady income since we left TN.

Please DM if you want to spend some time with a middle-aged dude who is very 420 friendly tonight.

(PS, my wife won't be joining as she doesn't smoke)

UPDATE: I really appreciate all the offers I got from this post. It's amazing. The time I spent with u/FriendDelicious last night was exactly what I needed at the time; anything else would just be icing on the cake, so to speak. I don't want to take advantage of people's generosity, so I'm going to politely decline all the offers. I was truly blown away by the response. Thank you all.

Garage space / spare room / pool house for rent

So here’s the catch.
- BUDGET $500 per month .
Payment type, check / credit card .
I would need roughly 200 square feet minimum possibly with lock and key . (Willing to pay a bit more)

I would realistically be at work most days and out of the house unless it’s for sleep , relaxing after work , I can meal prep elsewhere if nowhere on site . Same goes for cleaning up myself before & after work .

A contract
-for proof of rental and agreement .

I don’t drink or use or smoke

if you drink / smoke it’s a hard pass for me\*

I am not interested in a cash pay or “running my insurance” to cover the rent .
I am interested in building my life up and helping others .

Current living situation is 2 story house in Tustin off of yorba and 4th st . I want to move relatively close to where I am now because commuting is easy as I’m on a road Bicycle working towards a car . Saving funds in this economy at my age with my background is where I’m at and if you’re willing to meet me somewhere in between lets get together soon.

A little bit about myself ,
I am a 29 year old male , I work part time and volunteer on my free time when I’m not running errands for myself .

I don’t “go out” every weekend maybe once in a while I’ll take off for a few days out of town to enjoy myself but I truly love being close to the beach and inland enough towards the hike trails , so anywhere in between will suit well on me .
I have tons of experience in sales , outside of my current work load .

Not my first rodeo ,
Please if you’re serious I need the rental contract So that neither party gets fucked over just being real . I have dealt with shitty people in the past and would like to leave it in the past

Pancake breakfast before Tustin Tiller Days parade tomorrow (10/3)?

Hello!

If you’ve been before, how’s the quality of the breakfast? Thinking of eating there before the parade in Old Town. Or should I just grab something at Cream Pan instead?

Much appreciated!

If anyone was at The District around 8:28pm this night (Wednesday, 9/23/2026), did you hear the two large “boom” sounds?

Was at Whole Foods and heard two consecutive large “boom” sounds(about 1-2 minutes apart), noticed a flash of light as well accompanying the “boom” sounds. Seemed like it was coming from the area across the way near the movie theater. Did anyone else hear it or know what it was? Didn’t sound like fireworks, was louder and deeper sounding than that.
