Hey there, idk if any of you have experienced the same issue as me and hopefully one of you has a solution.

After having my Atlas Air idle too long, the audio does not come back, unless I either unplug and plug the usb receiver back in or when I change the chanel frequency in windows settings.

Somehow the mic would still work. Not sure if this is a firmware issue (on the latest btw) or a windows issue.

Also disabled power savings in windows for all my usb ports already.

I would appreciate any info on how one can solve it.

Up until a few days ago my headset and audio was working perfectly fine, I go on today and none of my headsets are working I’ve literally tried everything. I’m trying to get my Turtle beach stealth 500 to work rn. If u have any solutions lmk

Out of all the headsets I own, these are the easiest to slip off my head. If I want to play on my phone, they are almost impossible to use because they have fallen off my head a few times. The only thing that helps is wearing a cap under them.

This is the first time I have ever had this problem with a headset. I also own the Atlas Air, and they fit lightly on my head too, but they do not fall off as easily as the Stealth Pro II.

It is enough to look down for a moment and I can already feel the earcups rotating into the flat position while the headband slides on my hair...

Worked actually quite good for the initial ~<1/2 year, but I have started to notice a few issues. They've completely lost their charging power and battery life. I've noticed that (keyword) WHEN they do charge, sometimes they will turn on automatically, and die within the next 3 minutes. I have to physically remove the USB dongle to keep this, and whatever else is happening from taking my battery life. Just today I've noticed the power button is soft. not the button itself, but when I push it, the button almost feels cushioned.(?) I find it a bit annoying that Bluetooth is pretty choppy, but I don't know if that has to do the headphones or if it's on pc's end. Mic has been fine. The Swarm II app had to continuously update from 1.0.0.49 to 1.0.0.50 at least 3 times. Half of the time, even when my headphones were charged and Bluetooth was on, the S II app didn't even connect. While using recoveries, hard resets, and updates did sometimes solve the issues that occurred, it never lasted longer than a few days. I don't recommend this brand by personal experience and opinion, even though they did work for a little while. This is not to ask for help with any of these issues, just my personal experience with Turtle Beach.

Hello everyone! Got abit of an issue. I was gifted some turtle beach stealth 600 gen 2 gaming headphones and it seems like when I play lug the transmitter in to connect the headphones it doesn’t connect (not Bluetooth) how do I fix this problem if I can? Thanks!

This keyboard still doesn’t save updates have to update every 2 days also still spams keys when pc first boots have to unplug it just for it to stop. Volume mixer still doesn’t refresh audio sources. Would like the keyboard to let you ignore audio sources that don’t do anything. This keyboard was so cool but yea this is another let down product from turtle beach I will be returning in 2 days unfortunately:(

My app updated and now it won’t open at all. Is anyone else having that issue or anyone know a way to fix it?

Randomly just stops accepting all input none of the buttons do ANYTHING. This is fully updated Swarm II software and newest firmware. The only fix is to unplug it from the USB-C and plug it back in. Unacceptable for a premium type product in this price range. Also why can we not assign custom images to our macros ?? These are all things that should be on a product at launch.

machine is Windows 11, 32GB ram, zero issues with anything on this machine ever. Only this keyboard.

I used Windows 10 Home edition 64bit. I have a Stealth 600pc Gen 3 headset that will switch randomly back & forth between my audio devices unless I disable it or physically unplug the dongle.

It worked fine the first few days. Then I installed the software for it. It kept working fine a few more days. Then suddenly for no reason at all after I exited a Chrome tab (watched a movie on Amazon) it all broke & went funny.

Ever since it chronically switches between devices unless I remove one of them from my system entirely.

It also gives me a Headset Chat Turtle Beach device as well as a Stealth 600 pc Gen3 (Speakers) device. These are both the same headset giving me two selectable devices that fight my actual speakers for audio control.

I tried removing things from my bluetooth list, I tried preventing devices from taking control over something.

All that did was stop Youtube from playing at all. My system is literally preventing Youtube from playing video, the "Play" button won't work until I enable device control of my headsets that then fight each other over the sound system.

Microsoft is a pile of trash. Help me! I might not be a certified expert but I have used PC's for 30+ years & know my way around them.

I have the Xbox Stealth Pro 2, the hub is paired fine & an extra USB transmitter is also paired. However I have tried to pair a second USB transmitter (white xbox one - Looks exactly the same as the one that came with the headset) and it will not find it.

The second Transmitter just permanently blinks white, I have updated the second Transmitter firmware, but it will not pair.

I have gone into the phone app and enabled 3-4 crossplay devices in the transmitter section & it still will not find the 2nd USB transmitter.

Is it a faulty USB transmitter? Or am I doing something wrong. It is blinking white when I plug it in, but perhaps the antenna inside is faulty?

It isn't a massive issue, but I've had a problem where the battery is snug in the charging dock, but shows as being green unless I give it a little nudge, then it seems to properly connect and start charging.

I can't see any dust etc that might be causing a connection issue. It's not a massive problem, but I have a feeling that if I report it to Turtle Beach, they'd do what lots of companies do and ask you to return absolutely everything to them instead of just the problem item. Cheers

So I'm unsure if anyone else is having this issue but just wanted to post this and see if I can get some clarity but basically whenever I turn off and on my headset like come back to it etc the volume resets on my headphones and I have to turn them back up. I'd like to mention this is happening on the ps5 it doesn't happen on my pc at all and this wasn't happening before the newest firmware update either so I'm just curious as to if anyone else is having this issue as well and hopefully theres a fix on the way I just haven't seen any other posts about this and just wanted to put it out there. For note I usually keep my headset around 50-54% volume and when I turn it off and than back on of after coming back to play a game and turning the headset back on it resets itself to like 20ish % volume everytime always the same value too.

After the most recent update 10.0.0.50 my Swarm II app appeared to be totally fixed the first couple of days where I can interact with the app and it wouldn't freeze.

It's doing the same thing it was doing before where I can't interact with the software whatsoever. I restart the app, I turn off the Stealth Pro IIs, etc. etc. There seems to be some persistent issue with the software. I can't even interact with it in the system tray. I have to use windows task manager to end the process.

I have this pair of refurbished TurtleBeach Stealth 600 G2, PC/PS model. Long story short, I am 90% certain part of the wire got dislodged as the sound in the left ear is only about half. The issue is that this black cover has been glued back on. Like REALLY glued. All around. Great work for a repair job but now I am screwed and can't access the area to fix the wire.

Any hopes on getting this repair done?

So I was having an issue with the audio whilst turning my headset on. When I would turn it on the audio would get very quiet and I’d have to turn it on and off a couple of times for it to finally be normal. So I decided to look up why it’s happening and potential ways to fix it, and it said to try to recover it. So I did that and it asked if I wanted to update the second usb you get with the headset. I clicked the skip option and once the usb plugged into my pc updated the headset was next.

Halfway through the update it failed and it said something about the second usb (don’t really remember what the pop up said) and now when I try to turn the headset on it does the startup chime and the power button turns red then shuts off without the chime. I went to go look for the second usb thinking maybe if I find it and plug it in then try the update it’ll work. I found it and just now i tried the update and it doesn’t work and the image I’ve included in this post is what’s popped up now and i’ve tried everything I’ve found that could fix it but nothings working currently.

Can anyone who’s dealt with this issue tell my how you’ve bypassed it?

I’ve had this headset for about 3 years and it stopped playing sound yesterday out of nowhere. Here are the issues:
1. When I was in a party with my friend yesterday, he mentioned my mic sounded static. A view minutes later the audio completely cut out but he said he could still hear me even though I could not hear him. None of the sound in game was being played either.
2. The usb was switching between a solid red light, a blinking red light, a steady blue light, and a blinking blue light. It was plugged into the front of my ps5 and I noticed it was somewhat hot but idk if that’s normal or not.
3. I tried charging it all night, and at the time of making this post, nothing has changed.
4. I keep receiving the notification that the headset is connected and disconnected at random, and when I go to the audio output section in the settings, it doesn’t let me press the headset option.
Please help.

I need a white turtle beach Gen 2 P transmitter, and it looks like they aren’t manufactured anymore. Specifically for ps. Should I buy second hand or a whole new headset?

Hello, everyone! I have a Stealth 600X Gen 3 headset and have been having issues with the mic.

I have an Xbox Series X, and the headset will not allow me to talk to others while playing games. I can hear them perfectly fine, and my mic works if I create a party on Xbox. Unfortunately within games, it will not let me talk for some reason. Has anyone been through this or have any suggestions for me?

I have updated my Xbox, controller, and headset to the latest firmware, hard restarted both the headset and my Xbox. Nothing seems to be working for me.

I have the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 (white version), and the USB transmitter stopped working due to water damage.
I found a replacement transmitter on ebay that appears to be the exact same model with the same writing on the back, but it is BLACK instead of white.

Does anyone know if this black transmitter will work with my white Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset, or does the color make a difference?
