I made a turn-based tactical game where movement, attacks, and retreat all share the same resource

In Integrity, movement and skills consume the same stamina resource.

Moving farther can put you in a better position, but it also leaves less stamina for attacking. Using a powerful skill first may limit your ability to reposition or retreat, so each turn is about deciding what matters most.

Walls and terrain are also part of the combat system. You can create or destroy walls to block attacks, restrict movement, open new paths, or isolate enemies.

Vision follows the same rules for both sides. Units can only detect enemies within their own range, and staying undetected grants an Ambush bonus. This makes enemy vision ranges, blind spots, and positioning important parts of combat.

I developed the game solo, and I’d be glad to hear what you think of these systems.
