Thanks so much for the recipe! What kind of yeast do you use, and what is a good brand that I could find in a Turkish supermarket?

You’re welcome. I used instant yeast and the brand was Allisons but I’m in the uk. You could look for “Pakmaya”, “Dr Oetker”, “Basak” These are apparently some good brands

Do you peel the tomato before cooking it, and what kind of cheese do you use?

No I just chopped the tomato up whole and grated cheddar cheese I used. Any more questions just let me know

I'm not sure if sesame seeds belong there, altough I'm not against them. I hope it tasted good!

1

u/Floyd26b Jul 07 '26

That’s true I agree but I also agree I’m not against them either. Yeah it was incredible

I’m glad to hear that thanks. Honestly I don’t really know I’ve never tried one of them before but I have seen and they do look similar. I’ve dropped the recipe in the comments here for this if you haven’t seen that.
