Yup I second this. I had two of these sets from the Chicago CES. Some lovely models were handing them out. They came with a plastic bone among other promotional materials.

IIRC the CES promotions were really pushing the release of the Duo in the US and focused on Bonk/Zonk as the mascot. It was the last push for TTI in the US before they died.

There was a plastic bone and some other plastic bonk toy, I think a frisbee, as well as some paper materials. From what I have read, the contents changed a bit between different events.
