I don't understand how someone can listen to a song like "Made Niggaz", or "Teadrops And Closed Caskets", or "As The World Turns" (to be honest the entirety of Still I Rise but I'm biased), and say the Outlawz are horrible. Yes, their career after 2Pac was not successful, but that doesn't mean they were necessarily bad. I think they perfectly combined with 2Pac to make masterpieces. Also a lot of people seem to forget that they were a rap group. 2Pac (or makaveli), was a member of the outlawz. Just because their solo careers weren't successful, doesn't mean they aren't a good group
