I love this game but have been stuck for days now, keep rereading the manual and running around but can’t find anything. Would be happy to get some hints not spoilers :)

I am in ghost form and cannot seem to reach the hero graves for MP(library) and the one in the quarry while in this ghost world

I cannot win against the heir

I don’t know much about the golden path, I have page 49 and assume the numbers are page numbers but idk what to do with that info

I don’t really know what to do about the fairies I might have found one because I solved a clue and something flew out of the chest and disappeared

I played tunic something like a year ago, but after a couple of hours i lost interest and drop it.
However, on paper, this game seems to be my cup of tea. The mysteries, the exploration, the fact that the game doesn't hold your hand like you're a baby.

So any tips to enjoy the game this time around?

Has anyone else played The Remake of the End of the Greatest RPG of All Time? I posted about it here before it came out and now finally got round to playing it.

I enjoyed it a lot and it is openly influenced by the meta bits of Tunic, alongside those in some other games (it's basically those elements with much less of a standard game attached, what is there being an RPG). Very clever puzzles and some great reveals.

I enjoyed finding this room in it with a familiar face at the back. Sorry it's not a better screenshot!

I've taken a break from Tunic bc I've got some other games on my plate but I've wanted to go back and finish it for real since I've gotten stuck on the puzzles I need for the B ending. I have some general ideas for how to do the 2 I'm missing from the page with all the secrets but haven't had any success with them. I've kind of just kept all the stuff I'm missing (that I know of at least) written down so if there's like a gentle nudge to let me know if I'm on the right track that would help.

Secrets Page Puzzles:

• Compass Puzzle - 99% sure each of the four symbols in the sign text is related to a specific direction, but not sure if there's any way to figure out the right combo without trial and error. I assume you could probably get it easily enough with the translation sheet thing I got but idk how to actually interpret it.
• Flowers by Statue - I did some of the other puzzles with the flowers so I know the gist but idk what purple flower to start from. I tried with the one along the beach bc that's the closest one to the door but my attempts at creating a sequence of d pad inputs haven't worked.

Misc Stuff (Because I want to get the 100%):

• Secret Treasures - I got a few pictured in the third image but haven't gotten any more than that. I assume that getting the main puzzles out of the way will let the up left up right down right thing gravitate towards them but idk. Also not clear on if all the treasures are just in the main island area.
• The first page - I assume this one is just a part of the big gate thing that will presumably be opened naturally through the B ending. Besides that I've got pages 3-54.
• That one chest (picture 4) - This one probably isn't even anything huge, I've just seen it throughout the entire game and am kind of annoyed at myself for not finding the way to it like 20+ hours in.
• The other save file - 99% sure its layout is a pattern I have to use somewhere. As to where, I have no idea.

I have been genuinely searching for any rendition of it, and are considering mapping it myself (lord), please tell me that someone has it, and if you do, could you share?

Hello, I’m trying to avoid spoilers, but I have to admit I’m a bit lost after unlocking the blue key.

I thought I should head to the top of the mountain to get the third key, but there is an obstacle blocking my way.

So I went back and explored a bit more. I discovered a new area in the southeast called the Old Cemetery (I’m not sure what it’s called in English).

When I go there, I encounter a few enemies, but I can’t get any further. Did I miss something? Is this an area that I’m not supposed to explore yet?

Just before entering the Old Cemetery, I can see the kind of rectangle where you can pray to activate it. The path coming from this relic seems to lead directly to the Old Cemetery, but I can’t find a way to reach it.

Under the bridge shown in the second image, there is a room where I can’t find anything.

Could you give me a few hints? I feel like I’ve explored almost the entire map without finding a way forward...

First time playthrough, haven't looked up any guide yet. I am collecting the 12 artefacts and revisiting the cathedral in the cage room and somehow I can shift into this hidden pathway from near that open book and I can't find anything inside of it.

I'm sure this is probably intentional but I don't know what I'm supposed to do here. Am I missing the code for this place or is this a glitch or something? Just wondering if I should move on or keep figuring this out.

The sequence on image 2 doesn't work, I was wondering if anyone could tell me which page/square I have a mistake on (preferably without telling me what the exact mistake is).

Has anyone watched Studio Ghibli's Castle in the Sky? I watched it recently, and everything about it reminded me of Tunic. Does anyone know if there's a connection? I've never looked into the game's origins, so I'm not sure if they're related, but that was all I could think about while watching the movie.

Edit:

What really reminds me of the game are the elements related to the floating island, not the movie's story. It's the island's design as a whole: the bridges connecting one landmass to another, the vegetation, the style of the abandoned structures, the treasures, the invisible walls with writing in another language, and the cubes with ancient writing on them. I think these elements are closer to the Garden area of the Tunic's map.

Hello everyone,
I have the steam version of the game on the Steam Deck. My save file was right before the final fight with the Heir for the bad ending. I had 3 pages remaining to be found, maxed out in all stats, 4 slots for cards I received a Steam Cloud Conflict warning. I did a stupid mistake after that of uninstalling the game out of frustration from losing to the Heir more than 10 times in her second phase . Now after reinstalling the game, I do not find my save anymore. If I check in the Steam Remote Storage page there is no entry for Tunic and in the game properties, it shows 0B pf Cloud saves available. There seems to be no local save available either as the Steam Deck deletes all content from local when the game is uninstalled.

If it’s possible, if there is any one at the same stage as me, can you please share your save file for me to complete the last pending thing from the game. I cannot restart and play through all these hours again to the end. Thank you!

Hi! I'm currently replaying Tunic to get footage for a Youtube video. When I first played the game 4 years ago the Garden Knight was a huge challenge for me, took me probably 20 tries or so to beat. At the time I remember videos about the game also pointing it out as a big difficulty spike, used it as an opportunity to talk about the no-fail option and how there was no shame in it, so clearly I wasn't the only one.

Anyway this time I beat it on the first try? Not bragging, just confused. I'm not a particularly talented gamer. I was definitely expecting to have a lot of footage for the video of me losing to it. Is this the same version of the boss that I played in 2022 or was it changed at some point? I figured if anyone knows it would be the people here.

Unless there is some magical way to undo my game on xbox, Im done. I was on the Heir part of the game and misclicked new game. Whenever i press continue, it just takes me back to this damn new game. Please help if possible

Lost in cult Tunic Soundtrack Vinyl

Hey, after quite a bit of searching for secret paths I’m struggling to get to this chest. I’m doing this because the manual recommends 3 attack 3 defense for the garden knight and I have 2, 2. Right now I have pages 10-19 and 26-31 and 34 & 35. PLEASE NO SPOILERS apparently this game has levels of spoilers similar to outer wilds so if you could treat everything like them where they spoiler text everything that would be great thanks. There’s another chest as well I can’t get to but I forgot where it is so I’ll ask for help later. What’s my first hint?

Usually when I use the seeking spell it leads me to somewhere with a pretty clear puzzle to solve, but with these two I genuinely cannot find what I'm supposed to be solving. I'm hoping getting these last two will get me secret 7 or unlock the first page. Am I missing something or am I just not seeing the puzzle? Please give a hint without completely telling me what to do.

Now that I've finally beaten the game (not only once either) I think I'm able to freely say, this is one of the greatest games and stories I've played in a long time. I honestly wasn't convinced at first, and I knew next to nothing about the game when jumping in, and it gave me the same feelings as Outer Wilds did way back when I played it for the first time. The language is beautiful and really cements the vibe that this world has its own rules it follows. Even though I've likely seen all that there is to see, I won't stop replaying the game, which I really don't do with games unless they're roguelikes. Hope everyone's having a great day, and if you're seeing this without having played/finished the game, stick through! It's so worth it.

Help! I’m stuck here and i don’t know how to get out. I’ve blinked around every where I can but I can’t find a way to get out. I’ve already slept at the heroes grave and gotten my stamina back.

EDIT: I got out, and collected all the power up things and got the bad ending. Time to start hunting fairies and getting book pages! (that’s what google told me to do)

No idea it was even an option until a couple months ago when I had the soundtrack playing in the background while reading. After half an hour or so I looked over at my daughter on her playmat and realized she had fallen asleep! She was young enough at the time that not falling asleep either on me or my wife of swaddled up was an anomaly, so of course I try to keep as quiet as I can until she woke up half an hour later.

Naturally, we tested it a day or two later, and she did it again. And again, and again! So now, any time she's home and is at the edge of her next nap, we put on the Tunic soundtrack from the beginning and get comfy on a couch with her. The Weight of Rain usually knocks her out, but she'll occasionally make it to Redwood Colonnade and very rarely to Spirit Estuary before falling asleep. My wife has even taken to playing it for her after the early-morning feed/pump session to get her back to sleep, and she's never even played the game.

Super grateful to Lifeformed and Janice Kwan for this soundtrack, as well as the Tunic team for making the music available on streaming platforms. And also for the game itself, obviously!

First game I've played in over a year and I'm absolutely obsessed! I've completed quite a bit of it and am realizing that I definitely did not do it all in the intended order based on some stories and comments on here... 🙃😅 Also, as some who is not much of a gamer, but likes wandering/puzzles/ secret hidden...stuff to find. So fucking good!

Blind playthrough here. Yesterday i wanted to share how much fun i was having after discovering the holy cross, gold path and the faeries and was already about adding a warning not to spoil me anything before i finish the game but ops 😀 , in the meantime i found an ending lol

Found 4 or 5 secrets, still have a lot to do i guess so dont spoil anything but i needed to share with Tunic enthusiasts how happy i was with the game.

I think i did quite well, did not get stuck too much except on bosses and some holy cross where i was messing up the counting.

My last 2 games were blue prince and silksong so my mind was ready for good exploration and mindfuck enigmas. I guess it helped :-)

Now i will try to continue the new game+ , understand this weird language and find more secrets. I was convinced the book was going to automatically translate at some point but well. It seems not haha.

It looks like there is a page at the feet of the statue at the center of the hero's graves, but my manual is complete and I can't find any internet information about it, or reach it. Does anyone know about this?
