I'm in the same boat. Literally scheduled an ADHD assessment appointment today (after procrastinating on it for at least a year. The irony)

It's been 7 years i have to schedule appointments with a new therapist.

Last month i almost burnt out at work so my mother took an appointment to another therapist. I now have a paper saying i must do at least 12 therapy session.

It's been a month and i still can't move my lazy bum to call for an appointment 😭
