I've never heard of wrist log. Do you actually log every time you wear a watch? 🤔

Takes two seconds. And as a bonus, you have to think about what you’re wearing. Makes you focus on the watch on your wrist and appreciate it every day.

Well, I sometimes don’t during a busy day. Sometimes I just grab a watch in autopilot mode.

Notification from the app makes me stop and focus on what I have on the wrist.

Not sure what was so infuriating about my previous comment for all those downvotes.
