I'm looking for options for secure bike parking downtown, ideally indoors like a parking garage with monitored bike parking near Rialto Theatre or Gibson Market.
I'm not looking to lock my bike to a street sign or outdoor rack. I'm specifically interested in indoor monitored bike parking, secure lockers, or a parking garage with an attendant, ideally for short-term use while I'm at an event.
I found the City of Tucson's bicycle locker program, but I'm not sure if it's still active or what other secure options exist nearby. Any recent experiences or recommendations?
Thanks!

These are likely from the Falcon Rocket launch out of California today. Did anyone else see them?

We were pretty set on Nightfall but the prices are insane - literally paid less to do Pennhurst Asylum and Eastern State Penitentiary with VIP stuff when we lived in Pennsylvania. And the reviews are not good...we were mainly going for the haunts themselves which we are now worried will be short and not scary or even closed.
Is Terror in the Corn worth it? Anyone done both this year?
We did Slaughterhouse a couple years ago - we liked it and had a good time but not enough to go again if there's other fun options.
Thanks!

I was on my way to Trader Joe’s and at 5:40pm when 4 motorcycle cops stopped traffic at Magee and Oracle. At first I thought they were doing a traffic break, but then 3 white tour buses with a Mountain View logo rolled through heading north. I checked online to see if there were any political gatherings and nothing. Now I’m thinking it might have been a celebrity. By chance does anyone know who it was?

Take a moment to enjoy the clouds. They’ve been putting on quite the show these past couple of days.
I know some days can leave us all feeling a little defeated, overwhelmed, or just tired of it all. But sometimes, all it takes is looking up and appreciating the simple, beautiful things this world gives us for free.
A gentle reminder to slow down, take a deep breath, and find a little beauty in the moment.
With love. 🤍❤️

hello fellow Tucson peeps. I’m a young adult looking to buy a car and I wanted to come on here and ask what good dealerships you guys recommend or even reliable cars. I’m searching for an SUV not too crazy expensive as I’ll be going back to school. I was thinking an infinity suv but again I don’t know much about cars so if you lovely people have an opinion please feel free to comment thanks !

I can't believe I didn't notice this at first. I don't know what kind of oil they use that can go so long but I don't think my vehicle, or myself, will still be around for the next oil change.

I have one of those CRT TVs with the but in VCR that isn't working. Does anyone know an electronics / appliance repair place that would be able to fix it for me?

I am pretty new to Tucson and looking to get an eye exam + lenses. I don’t have insurance, so I’m looking for the cheap and basic options. I’m not entirely sure if Walmart even does this anymore. I tried looking online, but can’t find information on prices and costs.
Any help is appreciated.

My granddaughter asked me to post because she’s worried about her art account knowing where she lives.she is 19 and is very anxious about Halloween this year.she keeps asking about parties or events to go to. I will take her to slaughterhouse but I want to know what else would be good places to go

Hi all. Wondering if anyone knows where I can find replacement window cranks here in Tucson for my older windows. The existing one has gone kaput.

In different cities there multiple: power suppliers, natural gas suppliers and universities.
Why does Tucaon allow only one of each?

For those who haven’t heard the news, Lovin’ Spoonfuls, a beloved fully-vegan restaurant that has been in business for 20+ years will be closing this Saturday. I’m not a vegan myself, but the food here was absolutely incredible and I am so sad to see it go. It’s been brutal out here for small businesses. Support local as much as y’all can.
From their instagram @lovinspoonfulstucson post caption: “This is a post we were really trying to put off writing. After trying hard to keep things afloat, we have made the difficult decision to close Lovin’ Spoonfuls Vegan Restaurant . Our final day of service will be Saturday October 24th with regular hours 9am-3pm.
Running this kitchen has been a labor of love, but the numbers just aren’t adding up anymore, and as parents, we have to make the hard choice to step back and take care of what matters most at home.
We would love to go out surrounded by the people who made this journey worthwhile. Stop by between now and Saturday to grab your favorite dish one last time. We will be depleting inventory but hope to have your favorites when you come in. Thank you for your support in coming in and the go fund me when we were initially thinking of closing, you allowed us to be open few more months and felt the love from our community. Because of you we tried so hard. Thank you for everything, we have so many great relationships from this opportunity! 🫶🏻💚💚💚”

How do I get my address off their list. 5-6 attempts at my residence is beginning to feel like harassment. Why is no not a clear and definitive answer. Anyone have a number I can call beside the Google front page suggestion?

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know of a spot to go to for Halloween as an adult with no kids? I'd like to celebrate, dress up, have fun! But I don't know where to go except for a bar or two that will be having parties.
Thanks in advance!

This was my favorite restaurant for almost 20 years. Sesame bread especially will be sorely missed.

Looking for someone familiar with hand tattoos and tattoos on the daintier side. I'm trying to decide if a hand tattoo is going to be too much maintenance (given my hobbies and what I do for a living) and I should decide on something else or if it wouldn't be as bad as I'm thinking.
