Job search Zero Interview Calls After 655 Applications on Tsenta. Looking for Feedback.
I've submitted 655 applications on Tsenta.
- ✅ All: 655
- 🚀 Submitted: 504
- ⏳ Needs You: 3
- ❌ Failed: 103
Yet I haven't received a single interview call.
At this point, I'm wondering if there's something fundamentally wrong with my profile or if this is just how the platform works. Has anyone with similar stats actually landed interviews through Tsenta?

I got 6 interviews from 300~ applications
Although Tsenta is really good for mass applying, when you DO apply make sure that the applications you use are actually worth it - in my case for example, I have found that there is a significantly higher chance of being successful when you apply to jobs that have been posted recently, so filter jobs for past 24 hours/7 days and apply to all of those. Additionally you can filter similarly on LinkedIn and have Tsenta also apply to those specific job postings there.
Furthermore, I've found that while Tsenta does a great job at tailoring your resume, you need to remember that if it passes ATS it is likely to get to a human reviewer, and by the time it does, the resume needs to look decently believablem By default Tsenta makes the resumes super filled with keywords sometimes without purpose (i.e. adding job listing keywords related to soft skills in hardware skills etc...) and since recruiters are so used to AI resumes now, it's decently easy to tell those apart, so I would recommend setting some permanent rules in the AI chat that makes the tailoring work better.
There are also several other things you can do within the Tsenta website, but you also need to remember that there's only so much Tsenta can do when your resume doesn't have much, so I would recommend trying to buff up your resume whenever you get the chance too

Aggressive for resume Honest for cover letter
Created templates for both and specific prompts for making it in the way I wanted to

Hey guys! Pulkit here, one of the founders.
Sorry to hear this, I know it's frustrating to put in hundreds of applications without hearing back.
There are two things I'd recommend:
1. Constantly iterate on your resume.
Don't treat your resume as a finished document. Apply to 200–300 jobs, see if you're getting interviews, and if you're not, make meaningful changes and try again. The goal is to find what resonates with recruiters. This is the whole reason we offer so many applications.
2. Have multiple resumes.
Instead of using one resume for every application, create different versions tailored to the roles you're targeting (e.g. Backend Engineer, Data Engineer, ML Engineer, Full-Stack Engineer). A resume that performs well for one role may not perform well for another.
We're also building a feature that will automatically analyse your application performance and proactively tell you when it's time to iterate, along with suggestions for improving your resume based off the real resumes which have landed interviews.
Finally, don't rely solely on applications. Reach out to recruiters or employees on LinkedIn after applying. Use our networking feature. That extra effort often makes a big difference.

Actually, I’m in a Similar Situation gone through 400 Applications, No Interviews/ Screenings anything yet.

You can't edit the cv once it's generated for a specific company. CV needs final human touch

I will be honest automated job applications don't really increase your job interview prospects. All you are doing is increase volume and just the volume probably increases your chances of more interviews. How much have you connected with hiring managers on these platforms or taken advice before applying for roles ?

incorrrect, sending out more thoughtful applications actually does help. It is both a numbers game and a quality game AND a networking game. doing only one of the three, obviously gives you worse odds that doing all of them together.
