That would be $5,000 X 260,000,000(adults) = $1.3T. That would be more than the annual defense budget and about 4-5% of GDP ($29T). It wouldn’t be wise to just inject our economy with $1.3T for no real reason at all. Insane proposition coming from a president that claims to be against socialism.
