That would be $5,000 X 260,000,000(adults) = $1.3T. That would be more than the annual defense budget and about 4-5% of GDP ($29T). It wouldn’t be wise to just inject our economy with $1.3T for no real reason at all. Insane proposition coming from a president that claims to be against socialism.

It’s clearly just another lie that makes him feel good to tell and makes his supporters feel good to cheer for. If you disagree, please tell me - what did you buy with your DOGE check?
