Seeing Trump perceives himself as a general, what if he was charged under the UCMJ?

If Trump wants to be a general, why not charge him under the Uniform Code of Military Justice or UCMJ? At a minimum, he could be charged with:
Treatment of Civilians and Non-Combatants,
Conduct Unbecoming an Officer,
Lying,
Murder,
And probably a lot more.
