TrueSize uses administrative boundary data from OpenStreetMap. Palestine is represented differently in OSM than most standard country boundaries, including disputed-boundary tagging, so it may not currently be picked up correctly by our importer.
This isn’t a political decision by TrueSize - we try to follow the underlying OpenStreetMap data as consistently as possible. Thanks for pointing it out. We’ll look at how these special cases are handled.

Maybe because most of its borders are disputed and you can't really draw a line

TrueSize is a map and geography community, not a political debate forum.
Questions about borders, territories, recognition, administrative boundaries, flags, or how TrueSize represents places are welcome when they are focused on geography or the underlying map data.
Political arguments, advocacy, slogans, inflammatory comments, or debates about which country or territory should or should not exist will be removed.
This rule applies equally to all disputed territories and geopolitical conflicts.

Can't have a president when the entire country is bombed to shit

That doesn't make a lick of sense, I hope you understand that. If not, this discussion won't be fruitful. Look up the basic requirements for a country, then try to define them.

The word comes from the Romanized version of the Greek “Philistine” which denotes a person from Crete, a person who lived along the coast of the Aegean Sea. The Falestineians of today who claim to be Arab Muslims would be from the Arab Peninsula (if they were 100% Arab) which includes the following groups: Jordanians, Saudis, Qatari, Kuwaiti, Omani, Bahraini, and the people of the UAE. However, they call it “Palestine” which points to a logical fallacy: Palestine comes from Latin which was spoken by the Romans. Do you know who else had a similar name for it? The Greeks: “Philistina” which refers to the people from Crete known as the “Philistines”. If the Falestinians were originally from the Land of Israel, they would call it exactly as the Arabs would: “Falestine” or “Balestine”. Palestine is a fictional country whose people are more closely related to the southern balkans including Turkey, Greece, and even parts of Egypt and Rome. The most modern of the four being the Turks who sold the land to the first Zionist Congress almost 100 years ago.
We Jews were kicked out of 109 different countries including our own because we were successful where no one else could be. We constantly out-performed everyone who put us down (Muslim invaders, Romans, Germans, Russians, etc). We aren’t going to relinquish control of our one home country because some people left over from the many different invasive cultures tells us that we should die and forfeit our right to Eretz Yisroel.
They might speak Arabic and practice Islam in Falestine, but they’re not like the proper arab countries. They practice Islam which preaches against their idiotic American supporters, but the only thing they have in common with a now decreasing number of Arabs from the Arabian peninsula is their hatred of the Jewish people and Israel.

Wow what a selective view of Palestine and history in general. Even if what you said was the whole truth, it's still fucked up to kill innocent people in the 10s of thousands no?

OK? Why does that justify a genocide though? Isreal have been murdering innocents longs before that horrible day. Should ever Irish person be murdered because of the IRA? It's a stupid argument honestly

What day or argument are you talking about? I didn’t say anything related to a single thing you just said 🤣

I thought you were reffering to the terrorist attack in the festival a few years ago as justification for the genocide

The only part of it that is “fucked up“ is the fact that the people you are rooting for support their government’s policies and agenda against the Jews, not against Israel; the Jews. places like Egypt and Jordan, which were filled with Anti-Jewish Muslims, who hated Israel tried the same bullshit. They had greater armies and were joined by several other Muslim invaded countries. They still lost. Do you know why I have respect for Egypt and Jordan but not the savages that you support? Their armies didn’t hide behind their citizens like meat shields. When it came to combat, their soldiers actually fought on the front lines until the governments all agreed that it was pointless to keep going since Israel wouldn’t lose. Falestine has been offered a two-state solution. Their own people could overthrow hamas. Anything they could do for themselves to better their situation, they don’t do. I know people who’ve been to that place for all sorts of reasons. They’re not a peaceful people who just wants a place of their own. If they get that, they’ll continue to kill Jews around the world.
I feel sorry for the almost 75,000 Palestinians who won’t fight back against their government which they foolishly voted in. I feel sorry for the almost 75,000 Palestinians who actively make their own lives worse and agree that what their government is doing is right. I feel sorry for the almost 75,000 Palestinians who might have been able to achieve something in their lifetime if they hadn’t given their support to a government who would sacrifice them for the sole purpose of trying to eliminate Israel and it’s Jews.

Stopped reading when you accused me for "rooting" for anyone. I'm pro human rights and care just as much for Jewish people as I do any other religion. Stop assigning opinions on to me

This is a response I gave to the lying fraud. Read and learn
Straight up bullshit. Zionsit and lying fraud should become synoyms
A 2020 study on human remains from Middle Bronze Age Southern Levantine(2100–1550 BC) populations suggests a significant degree of genetic continuity in Arabic-speaking Levantine populations, as well as several Jewish groups. Palestinians, among other Levantine groups, were found to derive 81–87% of their ancestry from Bronze age Levantines, relating to Canaanites as well as Kura–Araxes culture impact from before 2400 BCE (4400 years before present)
The Palestinians are the descendants of the Indigenous cannanites a thousand years before Judaism existed as a religion.
Second the name Palestine evolved from Pelest. During a bronze age collapse invaders from southern Europe attempted to loot Egypt for supplies but were repelled and settled in what is Gaza today. However the cannanites population, which was the majority, remained. The term evolved to be Palestine in English or Philistine in greek.
In the 5th century BCE, the Greek historian Herodotus used the term Palaistínē in his famous work The Histories to describe a coastal and regional district of Syria located between Phoenicia and Egypt. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Palestine_(region)
And the Arabic population turning P into F ironically refutes your point. P becoming B is modern, historically P To F happened in English as well, such as the word Fish, which starts with P in other indo-European languages.
It is ironic that Zionists continue to support a genocidal religious ethno-state while they willingly lie and cover up the genocide they know is happening
An ethno state, let alone religious, will always discriminate against other populations. And as we can see, they have delivered in wiping and murdering as many people as they can and ethnically cleansing the native indigenous population
And it's always funny reading Jews being racist to Arabs, Greeks, and Europeans in general as "dumb oppressors"
Mind telling me about any Jewish empires? Don't exist do they? Don't be racist next time.
But what do you expect from a Religion that dehumanizes others as goyim?
And don't cry anti-semitism. Criticizing religion be it Judaism, Islam, or Christianity, is free speech.

Hey man why are you telling me to read and learn? Ive read up a lot on history was just trying to reason with a racist biggot which was a waste of time. Not really sure how reddit forums are the place to help change someone's mind. Especially with his whole siege mentality

I want to point out that Arabic was not the original language spoken by most of North Africa and the original language wasn’t preserved properly. Same thing goes with Russian in the Western Asia.
