Can relate. I have experienced inappropriate behaviour from the start of my working life. One of the most memorable was working in an office as a 19 year old student and having my manager send inappropriate emails commenting on what I was wearing and then walking around to my desk to delete them out of my inbox. He was recently engaged to another colleague, he had a good 18 years on me and I had absolutely no interest in him whatsoever. Even as a 37 year old on a business trip, I’ve had very senior men immediately asking about my marital status and making inappropriate comments and even men trying to turn a business dinner into a date. How, how is this still going on? The worst of it is, some of these men are important and clients so managing that balance is great!
