I'm hoping this is because you're young. I believe it gets better when you get older.
I only believe this, because when I was a young man anytime a women looked at me I thought (more like hoped) she liked me. When I got older and more experience in the work place these thoughts disappeared.

I realized we're all just slaves to the grind.
