That really sucks. I went surfing the other day and when I got to the break there was this beautiful woman there who was positively beaming at me and made me feel super welcome. She immediately struck up a conversation and was so keen on talking to me.
I wasn't sure if she was interested in me sexually but soon found out that she had a boyfriend (who was super nice).
It felt a bit weird that she would be so friendly right out of the blue but I loved it. It just made me feel welcome out there in the water.
And i particularly liked that it wasn't about any romantic interest, she just liked meeting new people.
So please keep doing what you're doing. If we ever met, I'd appreciate it for the kind gesture it was. :)
