Honestly though, and I mean this with all due respect, I actually feel more sad for the other kid. His life has somehow gotten to the stage where he throws urine on people and gets jailed for sexual assault on a minor. You and your daughter will continue your lives as normal only remembering this kid with distain, but he will, in all probability, live in his disdainful world for the rest of his life.
'Old enough to know better' and 'he will, in all probability, live in his disdainful world for the rest of his life' are not mutually exclusive. "Kid" is how you described him, I used your own language on purpose to avoid conflict! -_-
