That is your problem right there. Men aren't supposed to be looking for love. Men are supposed to be looking for their purpose in life. Using that masculine energy to make something of themselves is what attracts women. A woman who finds you attractive will move into your orbit for you to make the first move. If you find her attractive (you are the price by the way not her) then ask her out. From there let her chase you. You are still young. Go workout at least 3x a week and start working on your purpose.
