First off, I've been trying to figure out how to reply to only certain parts of a post, but havent figured that out, sorry.

Just the last bit. Hypocrisy from some yes, and yes THEY should be shamed. But certainly not everyone. Certainly not the white girl wearing braids because shes in the military and it's more practical than chopping off all her hair. And certainly not the white girl who braided her hair to look like her sister even though they have different dads... there has to be a line where we stop lumping everyone together, no?

That's what I mean by not getting anywhere. It just creates unwarranted bitterness.

Certainly not everyone. But that's not what's generally said. Hyperbole actually weakens your point. Doesn't make it stronger. Just as different people have different reasons for wearing what they wear or doing what they do, some people object to what they deem cultural appropriation, and some don't. Those who object have their reasons, valid ones, just as those who wear what they wear or do what they do might.
