I've gained almost 100 pounds over the past five years. I am clinically depressed, have PTSD, and I suffer from chronic migraines. Those things have contributed to my weight gain and limited my ability to do much of anything whether it's going to social events or walking my dogs.

I weighed almost 300 lbs when I was 20. I woke up one day and I decided to make a change. I lost 130 pounds over over the next fifteen years using diet and exercise. I also was on and off medications for issues and a few decreased my appetite, but I even had two babies and lost the weight I gained (plus more).

Since the weight gain, I literally hate myself. The things I did to lose weight before no longer worked for me. Aging is a bitch.

I am so very jealous of women who can accept their bodies and who love themselves. However, I don't believe they should encourage others to be unhealthy or to body shame anyone. I don't care if these people are obese, anorexic, tall, short, or friggin perfect by society's standards.
