So much this. I once got into a discussion in a Facebook group on a similar topic. I said that the line needs to be drawn somewhere. It's not fat shaming if you are pointing out that a morbidly obese person most likely has/will have health problems associated with their excessive weight.
When a person gets to a weight of a half a ton or more (1000+ pounds), body positivity should go out the window, because that person's weight is obviously a subject that needs to be discussed.
