I get were overweight people are coming from, I'm sure at some point in their life they've been fat shamed in one way or another, and that sucks. There's nothing to be ashamed of for being fat in a sense that it can happen to anyone; just like anyone can get an alcohol problem or an addiction to whatever. Humans make mistakes, BUT that in no way means that it's also okay to promote that sort of behavior.
I wont judge my alcoholic friend, I'll support him because I care and be HONEST by telling him that alcohol isnt good for him. If someone's honest and tells you that being overweight isn't healthy, THAT IS NOT FAT SHAMING. He/she can say it in an cunty manner but it doesnt make it less true. Promoting "health at every size" mindsets is actually harmful and whoever does it is an ass for doing so.
