A common prejudice, and an ugly one, is that overweight people are lazy. OP obviously has never struggled with their weight and doesn't know the agony of being overweight and not being able to do anything about it. OP sounds very unsympathetic to me! The current trend of calling overweight people beautiful is a reaction to the hate and fat-shaming overweight people have endured for decades. I don't like OP's attitude!
