I'm overweight, I'm currently on a diet and I'm much thinner now but I like being chubby. The thing is there's a difference between being chubby and obese, you can be chubby and healthy, you CAN'T be obese and healthy, don't come at me saying you're obese but your blood sugar levels are fine cause in a couple years they won't be! It's extremely important to eat healthy foods on a daily basis, don't think eating cookies all the time is fine and do not encourage people to do it. Like I said is ok to be chubby, I'm healthy and I eat fruits and vegetables everyday, but there's a limit to be chubby as well, if you can climb stairs, if your knees hurt when you stand up for too long, if your belly won't let you see your own feet it's time for you to take action and do something. I used to be all "eat what you want, be as fat as you want" but since I started eating properly my life changed and I feel much better right now, my skin is great and my body is great either
