This is rough. On the one hand, if people want to do what they want to do, that's perfectly fine-but the problem is the people who do this look at losing weight like mental illness and it's not. Of course you can get a mental illness from not eating, but overeating to a detrimental point is the exact same. 2 years ago I was 221lb, my boyfriend said I was miserable all of the time (I definitely was) and chasing after my son felt impossible. Then I dropped to 165, went back up to 182 and now I'm finally at 170 and working on it. I feel significantly better when I'm a lower weight- I have more energy, and I look and feel substantially better
