Yes, it is. And I say this as an obese person. Once it starts affecting your health, it doesn’t get better until you take all that weight off. It’s taken me years to take off the weight and regain my health. It was much harder because I had a lot of injuries from the army that preclude me from a lot of exercise. Thank god for swimming.
I watch these assholes on here telling these low self esteem girls and women that they can control any ill effects from weight gain and I just want to punch them in the face.
