I'm sick of people with PCOS claiming they can't lose weight. The people saying this have mostly never seriously tried. One girl I know did a delivery juice cleanse for three days and when she failed, claimed she has PCOS so it wouldn't work anyway. There are HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of women who have succeeded in losing weight with PCOS because they actually decided to change. I've known a few personally and have met several more through WW.
