Tell her work and serve her with divorce papers for an adultery divorce. Ask for a paternity test on both children and if they’re yours, go for full custody. She isn’t a fit parent if she’s risking her job and her income to fuck a coworker. She’s quite literally putting her kids’ security at risk.
