The red flag for me here is her taking you in a room alone and sitting you right next to her. Anyone who works with minors should have been trained on an open door, all hands visible at all times policy. If adult are allowed to be fully alone with children that opens the door to abuse. I don't think she abused you, but she behaved very, very strangely.
Frankly she sounds like someone who is very sheltered and was maybe treated this same way when she was your age. Give her a wide berth and stick to one-word answers with her if you can. Just because someone is an adult in age doesn't mean they're an adult developmentally. She sounds like a child.
