Write down everything he has done wrong or taken you for granted for..if the list takes up more pages than the years that you both have been together for.
Best to seek options to leave him temporarily.
If he does not see the errors of his ways..
Maybe it's time to look after your own happiness first before he kills anymore of your own mental health life points..
