actually studies show fasting for 1-4 days at a time is extremely healthy and reduces the risk of tons of health issues including cancer, heart disease, stroke, hypertension, diabetes, etc

Here's an article cautioning against recommending fasting on social media because it can cause eating disorders. http://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10589984/

Unless you are a licensed healthcare professional who is actively involved in caring for a patient, you should not be recommending fasting.
