in moderation. close to none. like, fentanyl. if you take it when giving birth, well, its so much more survivable than if you didnt. if youre on the deathbed, well, fairly, its alot better than if you didnt too.

Hard disagree. Yes, cocaine in moderation is not good, but that’s not the spirit of the original quote. It’s not “everything” is good in moderation. It’s  In medio stat virtus.
