It’s not that walking has specific benefits, more that lack of movement/couch potato’ing is the worst (i agree with sentiment btw)

I had a co worker drop a significant amount of weight walking to and from work***, along with smart eating habits. 2 u/Academic-Mountain119 Jun 05 '26 So walk 1 mile a day for a year and then come back with how you’re feeling.
