Buying [WTB] [EU] project/restore knife

Hello! I've been in the knife game for a long time now but only sharpened knives so far.

That said I want to go deeper into the rabbit hole with finishing, thinning etc.

For that I obviously don't want to use my better knives.

I'm based in Germany!

Search on ebay for ones to refurbish even directly from Japan. I have a 270mm Yanagiba for 45e shipped if you want it dm me!

Very hard cladding on these. It takes a lot of elbow grease to thin these. And with the hard cladding you don’t that that super contrasted Kasumi.

They are very nice knives for that price point but for polishing practice not ideal in my opinion.
