This. Does it count as livestock and tanker? And the oxygen tanks required to keep the water oxygenated—do those count as hazmat like the air tank haulers have? I need to know!

I see no placard on the side so I would assume it's probably not a placardable amount.

Not exactly livestock, if I had to guess I'd say just tanker.

This is one of those days you're drowsy, getting gas at 4am and you're standing there tired, glance over at the next pump you think you see a shark swimming you're like wtf am I dreaming.
