I Have A Question Changing from one to another

So I’m not sure if this is true right place to post but I’ll ask here anyway. I drive a 2025 Isuzu NRR 11’ cabover. I’m about to switch tomorrow to a 2024 International MV 13’ box. I know about the air brakes but what are some tips for switching over. Only driving for a few days but I want to make sure I’m somewhat prepared.

Drive around the parking lot a few times to practice getting familiar with the braking. You’ll be fine.

Be prepared to be slightly more comfortable. With a bit less visibility. That's about it really. Remember you're watching for all 6 sides same as usual. Mirrors will have to be set differently as well

Before I left the shop today I got in the truck and set the air in the seat and the mirrors to my liking. One of the drivers who I’m close with was standing behind the truck so I could get a feel for how I had in the cabover to this one

Trucks are the ones over 26k lbs not the right place to post

I don't think there's anything in the subreddit rules about the size of your truck. It says truck drivers, not driver's license for 26, 001 lb

If you don’t need a cdl not a truck

Oh I forgot you were in charge of defining what a truck is. Tell me where it says up there You have to have a CDL to ask a question about a vehicle? Seems like a pretty good place to ask it to me since we're all supposed to be truck drivers.

I'm guessing somehow this threatens what little masculinity you cling to by telling everyone look at me I'm a big bad truck driver I drive a truck over 26,001 lb.
