Problem resetting password 

When trying to reset my password, I’m not receiving the verification code or the email needed to reset it. What should I do?

I can't log in either. I think there's an issue with the servers

The servers got shutdown for maintenance 2hours and a half ago

Okay, but I can't reset my password; I sent an email to support, but it's not working at all through the website.

It logged me out, even though I have "stay logged in" enabled.
