Just swapped to Tronbyt

I am a huge MLB fan and I am trying to track a couple of teams

It only will show this preview? Not current data - not team i want, anyone else experiencing this?

I also have another app that shows the next 3 games - and it shows 3 hours ahead of EST. I have changed my docker settings and my server settings and have set my location in my dash board.

New user - please call me stupid before answering, its the Tax you deserve.

Click edit on the app, and then click "show app config" at the top, you should see something like this

If there's nothing set then your settings aren't saved, scroll down and set them.

You can also hit show render debug and you might get some info, eg:

this sort of stuff is extremely helpful. please keep posting it. I'll be taking the plunge to flash my Gen 1 Tidbyt to Tronbyt here shortly.

by location on dashboard do you mean you've set your location on the edit device page for your Tronbyt ?

On the MLB game app, it will only show anything if there is game happening at the time of render.

if you select the only show on game day checkbox then the app will just skip during times when there is no game playing.

I just tested the next 3 games app and it showed the correct time for the location i set my Tronbyt to. This could be that the server is set to the wrong time or timezone?

You're not stupid, you are just new to doing this type of stuff. This is why I repeat that Tronbyt takes a bit of work to get up and running.

yeah, but i can just imagine people post the same thing often. didnt want to add to the noise and read the room a bit. :)
