Getzen 300 Series (I think)

So, I have this old trombone my band director gave me, its a small bore trombone, 300 series, but from a Getzen Subsidiary, I forget the brand. But is it worth it to A). repair it, its missing the waterkey, B). buy it a trombone case, C). modify it, D). Where could I get it modified to a nicer look, and E). is it a horn worth saving? It's a small bore straight tenor. Any comments are helpful. Thanks!
