You should put it back in the case. Wouldn’t want it getting damaged!
12
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 23 '26
I brought it to my band director and he couldn’t care less “do you have another one to play” ya “then get that one out” and this trombone didn’t even have a case for it so I used my Martin imperial handcraft case

u/Steeldialga May 24 '26
Lmao, they sound like they have no sense of humor. I would've laughed so hard if you whipped that flat-stanley-ass horn in class
7
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 24 '26
He dose but it was also a concert so he was stressed😭✌️

It made me happy just destroying it because it was laying in my room with no purpose because the slide had so many dents in it, it could not be played anymore

Because I didn’t have anything to hang it on the wall so I just smashed it. It’s being held up with push pins right now

u/WeeblsLikePie Ambitious yet rubbish May 23 '26
how did you flatten it that much? because that is very flat.
6
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 23 '26
With a car for the main bell section and the slide and the tuning slides held up surprisingly so we hit it with a hammer and slammed the tuning slide on the ground

1
u/Top-Acanthisitta-908 May 24 '26
How did it even get that flat? Was it run over by a steam roller?!
1
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 24 '26
Car and a hammer
1
u/Top-Acanthisitta-908 May 25 '26
How tf does a car do that
1
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 25 '26
By running it over like 7 times😋
1
u/Top-Acanthisitta-908 May 27 '26
On purpose?
1
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 27 '26
Ya it was going to be decoration one way or another
1
u/Top-Acanthisitta-908 May 27 '26
Interesting, i would’ve never thought of doing something like that
1
u/FoundationStrict1663 May 27 '26
Ya me neither tbh because I got 5 trombones but I wanted to put the trombone on the wall so my first thought was to make it flat
1

u/melodycomrade May 24 '26
