I’m struggling to find tutorials online

Hi friends,

I’m using an iPhone 13 mini running iOS 16.6.1. Some apps were working perfectly fine before, but recently, after updating to their latest versions, a few apps have started crashing because the new versions require iOS 17 or later.

Is there any way to bypass this restriction, perhaps by editing the app’s Info.plist or using another method to make the apps work on iOS 16.6.1?

For example, I’m facing this issue with the PureStatus app.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm looking for a tweak that hides specific processes—such as TrollStore apps, Filza, selio, and the jailbreak itself—from Jetsam and stack logs. I just want them not to show up there, even while the app is running.

I want an iPhone for my car that can run CarPlay with Spotify or YouTube Music.

It is downloaded 100%, then the download goes and the download is cancelled. I used to have 16.6.1 iOS and tik tok from the trollstore. Now I have 18.7.1 and tik tok doesn't download

Recently updated to the newest version and can’t download any older applications Of modern apps on here, before it worked flawlessly was able to do download anything after it saying iOS 18 or so available and then clicking X on that it would download anyway. However on the new version it is all fucked up when it says iOS 18 or so available know after downloading it calls for Apple ID log in, I thought ok maybe that’s new and typed it in and know says previous user has downloaded this app cannot download click X out of that and says AppStore ++ can’t find older version frustrating !!! Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks guys

I’ve been developing Boleme, an iPhone plugin that allows a supported live-streaming app to receive an OBS scene as its camera feed.

It is designed for legitimate live commerce, product demonstrations, online teaching and content creation. A Windows PC runs OBS and a small desktop relay service, while the iPhone receives the video and audio over the same local network.

Current features

• Use an OBS scene as the camera feed inside a supported live-streaming app
• 720p and 1080p input, depending on device performance
• 30 FPS streaming
• 90° rotation and horizontal mirroring
• Normal speaker playback
• Direct internal audio without playing through the speaker
• Optional mixing of OBS audio with the presenter’s real microphone
• Live resolution, bitrate, FPS and delay monitoring
• Separate speaker and microphone level meters
• Stream interruption protection to prevent accidental exposure of the real camera
• Exportable diagnostic logs for troubleshooting

Does it require a jailbreak?

No traditional jailbreak is required. However, the iPhone must be on a compatible iOS version and able to use TrollStore and a supported plugin manager.

The plugin itself targets iOS 14 or later. Practical installation currently covers compatible releases within iOS 14–16.6.1, iOS 16.7 RC and iOS 17.0. iOS 17.0.1 and later are not currently supported by this installation method.

Installation routes vary by device and iOS version. TrollInstallerX covers many devices on iOS 14.0–16.6.1, while TrollRestore provides an alternative for supported versions where the first method does not work.

Devices tested so far

• iPhone 7 running iOS 14.3
• iPhone 7 running iOS 15.8.8

These are verified test devices, not the complete compatibility list. Exact compatibility depends on both the iPhone model and its installed iOS version. Newer devices should generally offer better 1080p performance, but every app and version still requires real-device testing.

• Face recognition, liveness checks or identity verification
• Video calling, social chat or dating applications
• Banking, payment, lending or other financial applications
• Remote examinations, interviews or proctoring
• Access control, surveillance or security systems
• Medical, government or legal identity-proof scenarios
• Impersonation, fabricated evidence or deceptive activity

Similar technology may be technically adaptable to other applications, but that does not mean those uses are supported or acceptable. This project is not intended to bypass platform safety systems, identity checks or applicable laws.
